A half-day workshop for teams of 8 to 16: together we name a recurring problem in the team (meetings, priorities, roles, tension) and set the first steps.

A team workshop is not a fun event or a presentation. Beforehand we hold short interviews with the manager and a few team members to find where the team is really stuck. The workshop is built on that.

At the end the team has a two-page summary in its own words and a three-month list of experiments. Six weeks later, in a one-hour follow-up, we look at what is working.

Where is the workshop held?

At your office or a venue of your choice. A room big enough for 8 to 16 people, paper that can go on the wall and four phone-free hours are enough.
